Your Responsibilities
- You’ll coordinate and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, supportive experience for employees and stakeholders.
- You’ll administer all leave types, interpreting policies and entitlements accurately.
- You’ll collaborate with finance to support payroll and benefits administration.
- You’ll monitor employee productivity and performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- You’ll lead the development and oversight of the performance management framework, working with managers to identify gaps and implement solutions.
- You’ll serve as Program Manager for the CPA Professional Education Program, supporting pre-approved initiatives.
- You’ll support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and help foster a diverse and accessible work environment.
- You’ll advise leadership on talent and organizational development strategies.
- You’ll participate in national HR projects and collaborate on firm-wide strategic People Solutions initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Experience working within the professional services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, plus a post-secondary diploma or certificate in HR.
- CHRP or CHRL designation.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and act as a credible advisor.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, able to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with BambooHR is an asset.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a changing environment.
