Engage in contract-based roles that combine professional experience, skill development, and adaptable arrangements. A typical day: Oversee the creation, review, and update of material authorization documents to ensure equipment and resources are accurately tracked and allocated. Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders involved in materiel management to streamline communication and processes. Coordinate with supply and project teams to ensure proper stock management and compliance with authorization processes. Manage the transition and replacement of materials/assets to maintain operational readiness. Develop and monitor implementation plans to guide asset replacement and divestment activities. Successful candidates will have: Over 2 years of experience in procurement, material management, or warehouse operations. Proficient in processing purchase orders, receiving materials, and maintaining accurate records of shipments, quantities, and discrepancies. Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle-based ERPs for data entry and administrative functions. Possess a College Diploma Eligible for Level 1 – Reliability Security Clearance, requiring continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years with no absences exceeding 6 months, along with a clear criminal and credit history.
