Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support day-to-day supply chain operations, investigating discrepancies and validating data accuracy.
You will lead process improvement and automation projects designed to streamline workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.
You will query Oracle databases and build SQL-based analyses that strengthen visibility and decision-making.
You will develop, refine, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and related platforms.
You will identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Power Automate, Power Platform, or legacy Visual Basic scripts.
You will participate in system enhancement and implementation initiatives tied to import and supply chain activities.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve workflows and support performance reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or supply chain improvement.
Proficiency in SQL, including experience working with large datasets, Oracle experience preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
Ability to learn quickly in environments with minimal documentation and evolving processes.
Strong communication skills, comfortable asking questions and navigating ambiguity.
Experience or interest in automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, or Visual Basic.
