About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a large, well respected organization in the retail and supply chain sector that is investing heavily in data driven transformation. As the Manager, Transportation Decision Support, you will help shape how critical operational decisions are made by leading the development and continuous improvement of tools, systems, and reporting that drive performance across Transportation.

In this people focused role, you will work closely with transportation leaders, IT teams, analysts, and cross functional partners to translate business needs into workable solutions. Your ability to balance technical understanding with strong business acumen will directly support operational excellence, improved efficiency, and measurable outcomes across a high visibility function.

Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will become the go to partner for business requests, capturing complete requirements and guiding enhancements or new tool development.
  • You will lead prioritization discussions, assessing benefits and managing shifting needs with clarity and transparency.
  • You will oversee the delivery, testing, and refinement of transportation decision support tools while ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • You will gather feedback, facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, and promote alignment across cross functional teams.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships across Transportation, Supply Chain, IT, and analytics to support shared outcomes and change adoption.

Leadership & Collaboration


  • Build strong relationships across Transportation, Supply Chain, IT, and other business areas to align on shared outcomes.
  • Act as a change leader, helping teams adapt to new tools, processes, and shifting priorities.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to drive delivery and team performance

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management, transportation, supply chain, or a related field
  • University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and partner effectively with technical teams
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and changing business environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate impacts and benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical capabilities, experience using JIRA is an asset
