Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week
Job Type: Contract, full-time hours, 6 months to start, with possible extension

Join a people-first PMO within a mid-size public sector aligned organization, helping drive strategic initiatives from intake through delivery. You will be the connective tissue across teams, keeping projects moving, stakeholders informed, and operations humming smoothly.
In this role, you support project execution, enable cross-functional collaboration, and maintain clear, accurate documentation and dashboards. Your work will help the organization meet priorities with minimal disruption and measurable impact.

Your Responsibilities
You will support day-to-day project delivery, tracking tasks, risks, and timelines for multiple initiatives.
You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and maintain alignment across teams.
You will manage documentation, dashboards, and communications, ensuring content is current and accessible.
You will triage and resolve technical issues that affect project progress or stakeholder experience.
You will run the intake process, logging requests, clarifying scope, and coordinating prioritization.
You will coordinate across departments to clear blockers and drive milestone completion.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project coordination or business analysis within a PMO or delivery team in IT projects.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile and Waterfall, and standard governance practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint or Confluence, and a project tool such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
