The Financial and Administrative Shared Services Division in Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction is responsible for the province-wide administration of the Access to Information (ATI) Act. In addition, the division delivers the ATI program for Government of Alberta departments, and some of their agencies, boards, and commissions.

The position offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic and coordinated leadership for building policy capacity for the Access to Information and King’s Printer branch. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of policy instruments and the development of the policy framework associated with the Access to Information Act (ATIA).

The successful candidate will be required to work in Edmonton, scheduled Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day for a total of 36.25 hours per week.
A remote work or hybrid arrangement is not offered.
