About the Opportunity
Join a North American energy services organization at a pivotal moment, supporting the migration of mission-critical customer and billing data. In this role, you will shape conversion strategy, build scalable pipelines, and help teams deliver accurate, compliant data to production.
You will collaborate with data, product, and operations stakeholders to plan mock runs, validate outcomes, and prepare for cutover. Your expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing will guide decisions that impact multiple teams and downstream systems.

Your Responsibilities
You will design and maintain reusable workflows that improve ingestion, quality, transformation, and optimization.
You will build scalable data pipelines and implement ETL for system-to-system migrations.
You will lead mock conversions, refine validation rules, and guide the business through data sign-off.
You will diagnose and resolve conversion defects, advising teams on data quality fixes.
You will plan and execute cutover activities and post-conversion stabilization.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of data migration and data conversion delivery in enterprise environments.
Expert proficiency with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, CC&B.
Advanced skills in data engineering, data pipelines, and data processing, strong SQL and data access practices.
Proven experience automating data flows and implementing data governance and compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and decision-making across teams.
