As a Systems Analyst, you will support the ongoing operations of RPA bots in production. You will be responsible for monitoring bot performance, resolving incidents, maintaining documentation, and assisting with patching activities. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day stability of the automation ecosystem.
Is this role right for you?
• Monitor production bots and proactively identify issues through log analysis and alerting tools.
• Understand the business process, Investigate and resolve incidents independently; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain bot schedules, release records, and support documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and document operational procedures for new bots.
• Install and configure required applications in the VM.
• Assist in patching activities by validating bot functionality post-patch and updating documentation accordingly.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure smooth handover of bots into production.
• Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for bot performance and incident tracking.
• Follow prioritization and escalation protocols defined by the Senior Systems Analyst.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
• Support hybrid onsite-offshore collaboration and ensure timely communication across time zones.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in systems monitoring or automation operations.
• RPA certifications (preferred but not mandatory), such as:
o UiPath Certified RPA Associate
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Uipath Orchestrator or Pega Robot Manager is an Asset.
• Experience supporting patching activities and validating bot functionality post-patch.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Excel reporting.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team model and follow structured support processes.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
