About the Opportunity
Our leading client is seeking an Auto Parts Assortment Support Analyst who is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and supporting teams to achieve their goals. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, automotive vendors, and store personnel to support the introduction of new auto parts and streamline assortment processes across the network. This role is essential to delivering a seamless automotive experience for both dealers and customers in the retail sector.
You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside Category Business Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and Automotive Business Support Managers to execute assortment plans accurately and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact operational success, enabling teams to make informed decisions through data-driven analysis and clear, effective communication.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll execute assortment updates through the New Product Introduction process, ensuring timely and accurate system maintenance.
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to process product information efficiently.
- You’ll support Dealers, Store Staff, and Automotive Business Support Managers with frontline assistance on assortment execution.
- You’ll manage operational and project deliverables, keeping initiatives on track and within timelines.
- You’ll generate assortment analysis and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- You’ll create and deliver store communication materials to support store-specific assortments.
- You’ll collaborate on process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and document best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, assortment support, or automotive-related roles
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritize multiple projects
- Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and Access; knowledge of KNIME is an asset
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and automation to improve efficiency is a plus
- Awareness of the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset
