About the Opportunity
Our leading retail client, Canadian Tire Corporation, is looking for a Program Analyst to join the Product Quality Assurance Operations team where your analytical strengths and technical problem solving skills will support the performance of a large and complex quality management function. In this role, you will act as a connector between data, systems and business processes, helping drive accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
As the team’s Power User, you will become the trusted expert for tools, automation and troubleshooting. You will support internal teams, streamline workflows and enhance the systems that keep product quality operations running. You will also support AI and automation initiatives, working with internal SaaS applications and bots to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work while ensuring seamless execution of operational and financial processes.

Your Responsibilities
- You will ensure accuracy of invoicing, financial documents and operational data to support effective quality oversight.
- You will prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, analyze performance trends and support executive dashboard development.
- You will troubleshoot issues, guide users and optimize workflows as the team’s Power User for core tools and software.
- You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, enhance and automate processes, including building solutions in Power Automate.
- You will create documentation, train end users and support virtual machine runs for scheduled and ad hoc automation tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in analytics, operations or business analysis, supported by strong technical aptitude.
- Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Advanced Excel and VBA skills, SQL and Power BI expertise.
- Experience developing or supporting workflow automation, ideally with Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI tools, bots or workflow automation, with the ability to learn new systems independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and skilled at managing tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities with a focus on supporting internal users.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems, data sets and competing priorities.
