As the Team Lead for Dealer Orders, you will oversee a dedicated group of Dealer Order Specialists, providing crucial support to Associate Stores and Logistics partners within the supply chain of a prominent Canadian retail organization. Your role will impact not only our team's performance but also enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring strong product availability and effective order management.
In this people-centric role, you'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain Planning, Distribution, and Transportation teams. Together, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining optimal stock levels that ultimately make a difference for customers across Canada.

Your Responsibilities
- You will lead and mentor a team managing store order inquiries, fostering a customer-first mindset to ensure optimal retail in-stock levels.
- In this role, you will oversee the identification and implementation of process improvements through root cause analysis, driving operational efficiency.
- You will coordinate responses to supply chain emergencies, mitigating disruptions and optimizing service levels.
- You will document and standardize processes to support training and scalability within the team.
- You will champion the use of digital tools and automation to enhance productivity and communication accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in Supply Chain or business operations, with a solid background in process improvement.
- Proven analytical skills with a focus on driving outcomes and continuous growth.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, paired with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in Access, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with order management processes is preferred.
