Salary: The current hourly pay rate is $25.00/hour and is subject to increase to $30.00/hour after the probationary period, plus benefits.

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

  • Watch and assist with processing of detainees.
  • Regular wellness checks every 15 minutes.
  • Recognize medical concerns.
  • Complete documentation.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

 

    • Permanent Canadian resident for a minimum of 5 years.
    • Have a Vulnerable Sector Check.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Reliability Security Clearance status.
    • First Aid CPR Level C (issued by Red Cross, St John Ambulance, Heart and Stroke).
