Agilus is recruiting for an Account Manager in the construction supply sector in Edmonton, Alberta. This B2B role requires a hunter-minded sales rep to build and maintain relationships with local small businesses and grow dealer sales in the Edmonton area Total rewards: $48000.00 annually Uncapped commission with guaranteed first-year earnings of $80,000 Performance Bonus – Achieve and exceed your territory targets for quarterly and annual rewards. A typical day: Drive profitable sales growth within assigned dealer network and territory Prospect new accounts and expand opportunities with existing customers Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key decision-makers Promote cross-selling to increase customer value and product penetration Execute sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and shared services Provide exceptional customer experience using company tools and resources Manage forecasting, bidding, and reporting to support territory growth Connect with customers/clients for regular field visits and face-to-face interactions The successful candidate brings: Post-secondary education 1–5 years of proven sales experience Hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills. Comfortable cold-calling local and small business owners. Ability to manage complex accounts while growing dealer sales. Solid sales fundamentals; industry experience is a plus but not required.
