Our federal government client is seeking a Compensation Consultant to work on contract supporting their Division with reimbursement claims. This Division provides comprehensive compensation support services to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant processing of employee benefit claims. This enables the organization to maintain high standards of service delivery, compliance, and audit readiness.

Contract:     One (1) year full-time + possible extensions
Language:    Bilingualism would be an asset
Location:      Hybrid – Moodie Drive
Clearance:    Reliability level

Tasks
  • A reliable and efficient process for reviewing and validating supporting documentation (e.g., receipts, financial authorities).
  • Accurate processing of claims in accordance with applicable policies, directives, and regulations.
  • Clear and consistent guidance to CAF members regarding entitlements and claim procedures.
  • Effective liaison with financial authorities and activity coordinators to resolve discrepancies and confirm travel details.
  • Maintenance of complete and audit-ready documentation for all processed claims.
Qualifications

Must have two (2) recent years of experience processing claims/receipts against company allowances
Must have a Reliability level of security clearance
