You will work closely with cross-functional partners across business, technology, and store operations. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, enhance the efficiency of in-store teams, and contribute to a more connected and innovative retail environment.

What’s in it for You

You will join a collaborative and people-focused environment where innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning are highly valued. This is a place where digital ideas come to life, and your contributions will be visible and meaningful.

You will gain exposure to senior leaders, be supported by a team that embraces growth, and work in a culture that encourages curiosity, balance, and new perspectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will gather requirements from multiple teams and manage end-to-end delivery of digital and eCommerce-related projects.
  • You will collaborate with business and IT partners to define objectives, scope, timelines, and delivery plans.
  • You will develop business cases and kick-off plans to introduce new digital capabilities in a sustainable way.
  • You will analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to guide enhancements.
  • You will define feature requirements, write clear specifications, and support development teams through delivery.
  • You will manage third party vendors, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract oversight.
  • You will lead business acceptance testing in lab settings and support training for operational hand off.
  • You will maintain open communication across functions, manage risks, resolve issues, and propose alternative solutions.
  • You will prepare and deliver project updates to Dealers, Executives, and cross-functional groups.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail, Fulfillment, Order Management, Store Operations, Digital, or eCommerce.
  • 2+ years managing medium to large complex projects using Agile methodology.
  • Experience developing budgets, cost benefit analyses, and responding to financial queries.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Skilled in presentations, documentation, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing abilities.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is an asset.
