A typical day:
Process lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents accurately
Review and interpret lease terms for compliance with standards
Maintain and audit lease database, tracking key dates and clauses
Act as liaison between property managers and accounting teams
Prepare and distribute invoices, CAM reconciliations, and tenant communications
Support timely rental payments and financial obligations
Manage RealPage tasks including lease entry, modifications, and reporting
Assist with lease abstracts, reports, and documentation tracking
Successful candidates will have:
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Legal or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in commercial lease administration, Real Estate, Legal or similar role
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate leasing practices
Proficiency with lease administration software and Microsoft Office
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
