The Estimator will report to the Managing Partner and be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction or service projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. The Estimator will work closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure estimates reflect the project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
