Monitor project costs against budget, investigating and resolving any variances. Partner daily with Production Managers to track the status of work orders through all stages—pre-production, production, quality checks, shipping, and installation. Ensure all necessary documentation and materials (e.g. finish samples) are prepared, approved, and distributed to relevant departments. Maintain strong, professional client relationships by providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Work in tandem with Production Managers to oversee progress from start to finish. Own the project journey—from initial approval to final invoicing—ensuring seamless execution at every stage. You bring: 2–4 years of project management experience in custom manufacturing, print and/or retail operation Must have coordination experience with a physical product Experience in both client-facing and production environments. Architectural or Millwork project management experience is an asset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems. PMP certification or working towards it is considered an asset. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. This posting is for an active opening.
