Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support a senior leader. This role is responsible for providing advanced administrative, operational, and coordination support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective execution of priorities.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and extensive experience managing complex schedules, projects, and stakeholder interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars, email inboxes, and correspondence.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, events, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare itineraries.
- Process expenses, invoices, and support billing activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and project support to the executive and leadership team as needed.
Qualifications:- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Must have supported C-suite executives in previous role.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion handling confidential information.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
