Our non-profit client is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for registrants interacting with the organization’s regulatory Registry. This role provides customer service, technical support, and assists with compliance activities related to registration and reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and comfortable working in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities:- Support registrants through intake, registration, and digital reporting processes.
- Provide guidance on requirements and assist with data entry and timely reporting.
- Develop and update materials such as FAQs, guides, presentations, and system training resources.
- Identify potential compliance issues, create cases, and escalate to Compliance Officers as needed.
- Conduct research to identify non-compliant parties and support risk-based compliance activities.
- Generate reports and perform basic analytics to support compliance functions.
- Assist registrants with payment and account inquiries in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records following established standards.
- Provide support to Ministry users, including technical assistance, training, and resource development.
- Deliver administrative support for committees, outreach initiatives, and special projects.
- Respond to registrant and Ministry inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional service.
Qualifications:- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of compliance related customer service experience required.
- Experience in regulatory compliance or circular economy programs is an asset.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual English/French skills is a strong asset.
