About the Opportunity
Join a public sector organization leading a major multi-year transformation program that is reshaping how data, analytics and digital platforms support service delivery across the province. As the Senior Consultant, Product Delivery, you will play a central role in guiding the technical execution of the HUB Program, ensuring systems integrate seamlessly and teams are aligned throughout each phase.
In this role, you will be the primary bridge between program leadership and the ITS organization. You will collaborate with developers, architects, data engineers, testers and vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Your technical insight, leadership presence and ability to coordinate complex workstreams will help drive one of the organization’s most important strategic initiatives forward.

Your Responsibilities
You will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary ITS teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across all HUB Program workstreams.
You will lead and mentor a small team of direct reports while guiding matrixed contributors across development, architecture, testing and data engineering.
You will act as the primary ITS point of contact for the program, coordinating planning, execution and delivery of technical work packages.
You will oversee technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with standards, architecture and integration requirements.
You will collaborate with program leaders to define, assign and track work items across multiple groups.
You will coordinate resource planning and negotiate staffing needs for each program phase.
You will support budgeting, forecasting and operational planning for ITS contributions.
You will review technical approaches, including data pipelines, AWS usage, BI tools and integration patterns, providing direction and oversight as needed.
You will participate in code reviews for Python or PySpark when required to guide decision making.
Skills and Qualifications
Five to seven years of experience implementing technical solutions in complex, multi-user environments.
At least three years of experience leading technical teams in a matrixed environment.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, Health Informatics or a related field.
Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, IAM and Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
Experience with ETL development, data analytics and BI platforms, with familiarity in QlikSense considered a strong asset.
Ability to review and understand Python and PySpark code.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and IT service management practices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage complex discussions and competing priorities.
Experience collaborating in healthcare, public sector or highly structured environments is an asset.
