As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will help shape and enhance the organization’s ERP ecosystem while supporting enterprise-wide digital solutions. You will work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional partners, ensuring systems are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you will translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs for Workday, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise platforms.
- You will develop and execute implementation plans, configure systems, design workflows, and support integrations while partnering closely with stakeholders during validation and UAT.
- You will act as a trusted liaison between IT and business teams, presenting solution options, identifying efficiencies, and recommending improvements.
- You will create and maintain documentation, support knowledge sharing, and deliver training to users and internal teams.
- You will lead or support projects across multiple business areas, ensuring timelines, communication, and delivery remain on track.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting, maintaining, or implementing Workday, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
- Strong data skills—data mapping, data modeling concepts, and working knowledge of data integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power BI, and M365 automation capabilities.
- Experience with integration design and support (Workday and non-Workday systems).
- Proficiency in MS productivity tools (e.g., Office, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Workday Service Partner or Pro certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Creative, collaborative, and self-motivated, able to work independently and adapt to new tools and technologies.
