Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Contract Duration: 1 month, with potential extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, research initiatives, and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, digitally fluent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment that leverages AI tools to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including calendar management and coordination.
Assist with social media management and basic social media marketing initiatives.
Conduct research related to government grants and funding programs; reach out to government contacts to gather information and advance opportunities.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, writing, and workflow automation.
Collaborate closely with internal team members and report directly to management.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or research assistant experience.
Strong digital literacy and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
Experience or interest in social media marketing.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about government grants and programs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
