About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a non-profit organization seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support a major ERP transformation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal leaders and vendor teams to ensure a smooth, effective implementation that strengthens enterprise-wide HR capabilities.
You will join a highly engaged project team that values knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help guide testing, deployment and post go live sustainment while shaping future enhancements that support the organization’s long term success.

Your Responsibilities
• In this role, you will support the internal team throughout key Workday implementation activities.
• You will help build internal Workday ERP competency through hands on collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• You will monitor vendor deliverables and assure the quality of system configuration and deployment.
• You will play a key role in go live and post production support to maximize system effectiveness.
• You will implement backlog features after go live and deliver new functions, including Advanced Compensation, Learning, Extended Enterprises and Talent Management as part of phase 2.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday ERP implementation projects as a delivery consultant.
• Proven hands on expertise in Workday HCM, including testing, training, deployment and sustainment.
• Strong experience in Advanced Compensation, Learning, Learning for Extended Enterprises and Talent Management.
• Solid understanding of Workday reporting and data analytics, including report customization and development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams.
