Senior Product Manager – Social Platforms

About the Opportunity
As the Senior Product Manager – Social Platforms, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the technology ecosystem that powers social programs. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Technology teams to design and deliver scalable, innovative platforms that amplify social storytelling across Influencer, Affiliate, Local Social, and Ambassador channels. Your role will directly impact the way audiences engage with the brand, driving growth and building customer trust.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of collaboration between business and technology teams. You’ll turn insights into actionable product strategies, guide cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the evolution of social platforms in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll define the long-term vision and strategy for social products, identifying market opportunities through competitive analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- You’ll own and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs, documenting requirements and analyzing customer and product data to inform priorities and development cycles.
- You’ll turn customer and business insights into actionable priorities, setting objectives, KPIs, and user/business acceptance criteria.
- You’ll measure success by tracking adoption rates and ROI of existing and new social products, including My Local Social (store-level engagement), Influencer, Affiliate, and Creator platforms.
- You’ll partner with engineering and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that support growth, enhance customer trust, and drive innovation.
- You’ll manage the adoption and integration of new and emerging AI technologies.
- You’ll prioritize social initiatives across all channels to ensure maximal value delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital marketing, social commerce, or customer engagement platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies—backlog management, strategic stories, iterative development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Proven success in launching platform products from concept to market.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, marketing, privacy, and legal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large matrixed organization with competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, creator platforms, and affiliate platforms.
