Our federal government defence client is seeking a Offensive Cyber Operations Force Development Advisor provide policy, organizational and command advise on operational, capability development and organizational documents involving Signals Intelligence, Offensive Cyber and Joint Electronic Warfare.

Tasks (including but not limited to):

• Prepare, maintain and provide advise on executive level documents such as Position Papers, Programme Plans, Doctrine Notes, Policy notes/advice
• Develop, coordinate and document Programme plans, manage and control timer requirements, resources and scope according to the priorities of the programme.
• Provide support in all activities related to Capability Development, Force Employment Concepts, OCO Policies (including SIGINT and JOINT EW), as part of the Offensive Cyber Operations programme.

Experience required:

• TOP SECRET SIGINT and NATO SECRET clearance.
• Must have 5 years experience working in roles directly related to Cyber Operations/Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) including policy development or implementation
