Our federal government defence client is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to provide operational recommendations and expertise on the development, procurement, and implementation of a network capability able to federate with other Federated Mission Networking (FMN) affiliates within the existing infrastructure 

Tasks (including but not limited to):

• Develop and oversee the execution of an approved development plan;
• Submit overarching plan amendments for approvals, as applicable
• Establish and maintain liaison with other groups, as appropriate, on issues related to the establishment of an FMN capability
• Coordinate alignment/compliance of FMN standards with national and international strategies, frameworks, programs and exercises
• Provide trip reports for any approved travel;
• Prepare minutes for meetings and coordination sessions; and
• Provide a monthly status report and summary of activities.

Experience required:

• TOP SECRET SIGINT and NATO SECRET clearance.
• Must have experience developing FMN capability plans.
• Must have experience producing documentation for FMN activation and security approvals.
