Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach (1-Year Contract)
Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC
On-site Requirement: 2–3 days per week (subject to business needs)
Language Requirement: Fully bilingual (English & French)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Agile Coach / Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale transformation initiative. In this role, you will guide teams and leaders through agile adoption, foster cultural change, and ensure delivery excellence across complex programs. You will act as a key influence in shaping agile ways of working and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maturation of Agile practices across multiple large, complex initiatives.
- Coach teams, product owners, and leaders to reinforce agile values, mindset, and behaviors.
- Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and continuous improvement activities.
- Act as a change leader: guide transformation strategy, promote transparency, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes.
- Leverage data insights and agile metrics to enable decision-making and performance improvements.
- Support bilingual and potentially distributed teams to drive collaborative and inclusive delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale delivery projects with at least 4 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach in major transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, techniques, and scaled delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with change management (certification considered an asset).
- Knowledge of broadcast environments and conversion/migration projects is an asset.
- Proficiency in agile planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to coach and lead bilingual and remote teams.
- Agile certification(s) required (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SPC, ICP-ACC).
- Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory.
