Your Responsibilities

• You’ll provide day-to-day technical assistance and basic user training to staff across the organization.

• In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, escalating when required.

• You’ll maintain IT documentation and departmental SharePoint sites to support knowledge sharing.

• You’ll support IT policies, inventory tracking, and asset management, including licensing and renewals.

• You’ll assist with meeting room and A/V setups, ensuring smooth in-person and hybrid meetings.

• You’ll contribute to website support, QA testing, and software updates across platforms and databases.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ year of hands-on IT support experience, supported by a college diploma or equivalent education.

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.

• Experience in a Windows and terminal server environment, with knowledge of networks and permissions.

• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and a security-focused mindset.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate technical concepts clearly.

• Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe tools, or survey platforms is considered an asset.
