Your Responsibilities
- You’ll greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and assist with front-desk duties.
- In this role, you’ll coordinate mail and deliveries, liaising with vendors and facility support as needed.
- You’ll maintain office and kitchen inventories, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You’ll assist in managing meetings for executives, including travel arrangements and expense claims.
- You’ll participate in organizing HR-led events and initiatives that foster employee engagement and wellness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of office and HR administration is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
