In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative, brand experience, regional, and technical teams to deliver seamless and engaging digital platforms. You will play a hands on role in shaping how audiences interact with event related websites and tools, contributing to experiences that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and impactful.

This role offers exposure to digital experience design, event operations, and cross functional teamwork, with opportunities to grow your skills across web platforms, analytics, and process improvement. Expect a culture that encourages learning, creativity, and ownership.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support event website builds through structured data entry, asset management, localization, testing, and content updates.
  • You will prepare and organize digital assets, including copy, imagery, video, and service listings, in partnership with creative and regional teams.
  • You will enhance web content through thoughtful copywriting aligned with brand tone and user experience best practices.
  • You will manage bookings, waitlists, and related data to support digital and in person event operations.
  • You will independently manage small scale event site builds from setup through launch and maintenance.
  • You will create digital analytics reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors to maintain templates, workflows, and resolve platform issues.

  • 2 plus years of experience managing digital platforms, websites, or online experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Hands on experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with experience proofreading or copy editing; copywriting experience is an asset.
  • Comfort working with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with UX, QA, and UAT best practices.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working across creative, technical, and business teams.
