Are you a P.Eng Electrical Engineer with a passion for building systems and project leadership? You’ll lead electrical design and project management from concept to construction, working closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals—all under one roof. Responsibilities: Lead electrical design for building systems including power, lighting, life safety, and communications Manage project delivery, contract administration, and field reviews Collaborate with in-house architects, engineers, and construction managers Maintain strong client relationships and act on feedback Identify and pursue new business opportunities with support from leadership Conduct assessments and prepare reports on existing electrical systems Provide technical advisory services to clients Perform internal technical reviews and ensure quality assurance Requirements: Registered P.Eng in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience Eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) Proficient in ETAP, AutoCAD, and Revit Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and BC/National Building Codes Experience with detailed design, tender packages, and commissioning Familiarity with building construction and electrical systems Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Total rewards: $110000.00 - $150000.00 annually Employee wellness and fitness programs Full time permanent opportunity with a competitive salary based on experience 3 weeks of vacation to support work-life balance Comprehensive health and dental benefits with a Health Care Spending Account Group RRSP matching program Let's connect!
