Our client is currently looking for a Records Management Clerk who will support the Payroll team by organizing, reviewing, and digitizing payroll documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring that company records are properly maintained, confidential data is handled securely, and documentation aligns with corporate recordkeeping and data protection policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Scanning and Filing: Digitally scan all required documents, assign accurate file names, and upload them to the designated network folders for efficient retrieval and long-term digital storage.

  • Data Integrity: Verify scanned documents for accuracy, completeness, and readability before final submission.

  • Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive payroll and employee information in accordance with company confidentiality and data protection standards.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned by the Payroll or HR team.

  • Compliance: Adhere to internal record retention schedules and ensure all documentation meets audit and compliance requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Previous clerical, administrative, or records management experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic document scanning tools.

  • Ability to organize and manage files both physically and digitally.

  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection best practices.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.
