We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join a growing operations team with our non for profit client.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely entry of order and inventory information into internal systems. The successful candidate will help streamline operations by supporting data accuracy, tracking inventory movements, and assisting with product recalls when required.

Location: Central East Ottawa
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site
Working Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain order and inventory data in internal systems.
- Support the inventory control team by verifying product information and confirming what has left the facility.
- Retrieve and compile data for product recalls or audit purposes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
- Assist in other administrative or data-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, inventory, or operations support is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Open to candidates from all backgrounds, including retired professionals seeking part-time or flexible work.
