Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives within a large retail and supply chain environment. The consultant will play a key role in developing and executing change strategies, facilitating adoption, and ensuring sustainment of new processes and technologies across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recommend and implement change management strategies to support adoption and sustainment of new initiatives.

  • Design and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.

  • Conduct detailed impact assessments and identify user support requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and end-user training.

  • Develop and finalize communication materials, job aids, and training documentation.

  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues, and report progress to governance teams

Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management

  • Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise projects.

Education

  • Prosci Certification (or equivalent).
