We’re assisting our client, a leading and innovative firm in the financial services sector, in their search for a Billing Clerk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys managing billing processes, improving systems, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end billing processes across multiple departments
- Prepare, issue, and reconcile client invoices accurately and on time
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and maintain up-to-date client information
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Client Services, and IT to streamline operations
- Provide office administrative support, including vendor coordination and supplies management
- Participate in ad hoc billing and administrative projects
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or full-cycle billing experience
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field (preferred)
- English is required and French is an asset
- Strong Excel and Word skills; knowledge of billing systems is an asset
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Works well independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
