Job Title: Senior Maximo Developer – Integration Specialist

Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week on-site (Downtown Toronto area)
Duration: 1-year contract
Pay Rate: $85–95/hour
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7-hour workday
About the Role:
We are assisting our transportation/transit industry client in finding a Senior Maximo Developer to support the Maximo for SAP – Time and Attendance Integration Project. The consultant will design, develop, and test integrations between WorkForce Software (WFS) and IBM Maximo to track and reconcile employee worked hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations between Maximo and WFS, including SOAP-based web services.
- Configure and enhance Maximo applications, data extraction, and labor reporting modules.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Support QA, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities through to go-live.
- Develop and validate reports and data extracts for labor hour reconciliation.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on IBM Maximo.
- Expertise in SOAP Web Services, WSDL, XML, XSD, and Crystal Reports for Maximo.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.
