Job Title: Senior Maximo Developer – Integration Specialist

Pay Rate: $85–95/hour
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7-hour workday

About the Role:
We are assisting our transportation/transit industry client in finding a Senior Maximo Developer to support the Maximo for SAP – Time and Attendance Integration Project. The consultant will design, develop, and test integrations between WorkForce Software (WFS) and IBM Maximo to track and reconcile employee worked hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integrations between Maximo and WFS, including SOAP-based web services.
• Configure and enhance Maximo applications, data extraction, and labor reporting modules.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Support QA, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities through to go-live.
• Develop and validate reports and data extracts for labor hour reconciliation.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on IBM Maximo.
• Expertise in SOAP Web Services, WSDL, XML, XSD, and Crystal Reports for Maximo.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.
