We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in a high-volume outbound calling environment. This role focuses on booking pickups, exchanges, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Start Date: Monday, November 17th

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location: Mostly remote– Mississauga, ON (1-2 days per week in-office; remote work otherwise)

Contract: 11 weeks to start, with strong potential for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule pickups and exchanges.

• Accurately enter and manage customer information in Google Sheets and internal systems.

• Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

• Perform light investigations when required to resolve scheduling or service discrepancies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and process improvements.

• Follow company guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).

• Experience in high-volume call environments or call center experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar platforms to track and manage data.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
