Office Coordinator
On-site in Mississauga | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and collaborative Office Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is a newly created role designed to support the Office Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across administrative, financial, and project-based functions.

What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Office Manager and broader team. 
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and internal departments on small projects and operational initiatives. 
- Support billing, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable functions. 
- Manage office communications, scheduling, and document organization. 
- Contribute to special projects such as branded materials, vendor coordination, and process improvements. 
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within retail, wholesale, or food-related environments. 
- Leadership or experience guiding or mentoring others is a plus. 
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. 
- Xero, Teams, Slack, and Lightspeed experience is a plus  
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced office setting.
