We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. This role is perfect for a strong retail professional with leadership experience who can manage a team, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate treats the store as their own business, building a positive culture while achieving performance targets.

Location: Fully on-site, located in Whitby 
Hours: Sunday: 11A-4P, Saturdays 930AM-530PM, Monday to Thursdays 930AM-6PM, Fridays  930AM-8PM

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and mentor a small team of 6-8 sales associates and support staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.

  • Drive sales and commission performance through effective leadership, relationship-building, and staff motivation.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, in-store promotions, and showroom merchandising.

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, preparing reports for district management.

  • Maintain a professional, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of retail management experience; experience in commission-based or high-value sales is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales goals.

  • Strong people skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and staff development.

  • Flexible education requirements; diploma or relevant retail/business experience considered.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

  • Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evening shifts.
