About the Opportunity
Join a high-impact digital transformation initiative within a major federal organization focused on modernizing critical complaint management systems. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in a multi-phase program designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and user experience throughout the initiative.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements, develop detailed user stories, and support delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Your expertise will help migrate legacy complaint-tracking systems to a secure, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, driving digital innovation and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
You’ll develop and document user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
You’ll analyze functional and technical requirements to define system interfaces and business workflows.
You’ll document decision points, manual and automated processes, and integration requirements.
You’ll support acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables align with defined quality and performance standards.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or public sector environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with SaaS solutions, particularly cloud-based modernization or platform migration projects.
Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
