A leading public-sector organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support a data cleanup and migration initiative within the Compliance department. This short-term contract will focus on ensuring accurate organization, tagging, and migration of documents and datasets across Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

7 week contract | Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and clean up files across the Office 365 platform
  • Migrate and organize documents between SharePoint sites
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of transferred files
  • Apply appropriate tags and categories to ensure compliance and accessibility
  • Assist with cleaning and de-duplicating Excel and Outlook data

Qualifications and Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Administrative or compliance background considered an asset
