Le travail : En tant que consultant RH expérimenté Oracle Cloud HCM Core, vos tâches quotidiennes comprendront :
Fournir un support fonctionnel/technique pour les modules Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, garantissant la stabilité et les performances du système.
Prise en charge des implémentations des modules Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, y compris la configuration, les tests et le déploiement.
Examiner, appliquer et tester les mises à jour trimestrielles des modules HCM Core HR actuels.
Collaborer avec les clients pour recueillir les exigences, effectuer des analyses d'adéquation et d'écart et concevoir des solutions pendant la phase de mise en œuvre.
Fournir un support aux utilisateurs finaux, y compris le dépannage, les conseils et la formation pour garantir une utilisation efficace des fonctionnalités HCM Core HR.
Développer et maintenir une documentation complète pour les configurations, les processus et les procédures HCM Core HR.
Coordonner avec les équipes interfonctionnelles et offshore et les parties prenantes pour garantir l'alignement et la résolution réussie des problèmes de support.
Concevoir, créer et tester les rapports RH Oracle Cloud HCM Core
La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, car ce poste impliquera des interactions régulières avec des intervenants anglophones partout au Canada. Compte tenu du volume important d'interactions avec ces intervenants anglophones, inhérent à ce poste, il est impossible de réorganiser les activités de l'entreprise pour éviter cette exigence.
