Your Responsibilities
You will evaluate emerging cloud architecture ideas, patterns, and technologies to determine their applicability across the product ecosystem.
You will propose architecture patterns and technical approaches aligned with the organization’s long-term SaaS strategy.
You will review team-level architectures and APIs, providing recommendations to strengthen alignment and quality.
You will investigate and assess technology options that improve scalability and performance across multiple products.
You will collaborate with global architects to shape a unified vision and promote technical convergence.
You will clearly communicate architectural strategy and rationale to both technical and business audiences.
You will guide product teams in adopting cloud-first design principles and best practices.
You will contribute to documentation that supports key architectural decisions and ongoing knowledge sharing.
You will provide proofs of concept or demos to validate approaches when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
15 plus years of progressive engineering or software development experience with a strong programming foundation.
5 plus years of cloud and SaaS architecture experience at scale, ideally at the Principal or Senior Architect level.
Demonstrated experience defining and communicating architectural strategy for global SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience with hyperscale cloud providers, ideally Google Cloud Platform, with exposure to AWS and Azure.
Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on technical credibility, including developing proofs of concept.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across development, product, and executive teams.
Track record of improving scalability, performance, and availability within complex SaaS environments.
