Our client working in the Banking industry is hiring for a Senior Data Integration Analyst to join their team on a 1 year contract. This is working in a hybrid model, working 1 day onsite per week in Toronto.
The Senior Data Integration Analyst will support the digital transformation and marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth data flow across systems, improve marketing analytics, and help us deliver more personalized and automated communications at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement data integration solutions to connect marketing, analytics, and IT systems.
- Optimize tools like Dynamics 365 CRM and Google Analytics 4 to track customer behavior and improve campaign measurement.
- Support data migration, ensuring accurate and consistent flow of data across systems.
- Partner with analytics teams to integrate new data sources, scoring models, and dashboards for segmentation and reporting.
- Maintain data quality and governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Contribute to system upgrades, testing, and best practices in integration.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience with marketing analytics and CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Adobe).
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Acoustic, Dynamics 365 Marketing).
- Proficiency with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) and programming languages (SQL, Python, Java).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset.
