Our federal government client is requesting a team of consultants to provide strategic advice, and support related to a variety of executive-level HR and Finance lines of business, and develop high level recommendations to the Organization’s executive leadership team pertaining to policies, strategies, organization structures, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Have over 7 years of experience providing Strategic Advice related to HR and Financial advice to Assistant Deputy Ministers or Executives at any level of the Government of Canada. (municipal, provincial or federal)
• University Degree
• Active Federal Secret Clearance
