Job Title: Bilingual Demand Planner (English/Korean)
Location: North York, ON (4 Days On-site, 1 Day Remote)
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Our client, a global leader in consumer electronics, is seeking a Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team in North York. This is a contract opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented and bilingual professional with strong Excel skills and experience in demand planning or administrative coordination within a supply chain environment.

Position Overview

As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of the supply chain process through forecasting, data management, and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, supporting inventory planning, and maintaining detailed reporting to ensure optimal stock levels and fulfillment.

This role is primarily on-site (4 days/week) at the client's North York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical sales data and current trends to develop demand forecasts.

  • Support inventory and stock level planning in coordination with the supply chain and sales teams.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with purchase order tracking and product allocation.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on inventory planning and availability.

  • Participate in regular meetings to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Perform administrative duties related to supply chain coordination and reporting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Korean is required (written and verbal).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis) is essential.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles within a supply chain environment is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
