About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognized eCommerce organization in the consumer retail space to hire a Key Account Manager for their Canadian business unit. With a strong international footprint and continued expansion plans, this organization blends entrepreneurial energy with the scale and stability of a publicly traded company.
In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for major omni channel retail accounts, collaborating closely with buyers, category managers, and internal cross functional teams. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, market share, and customer experience across Canada, making a visible impact on both strategy and execution.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll build and strengthen relationships with key retail buyers, becoming a trusted partner and driving account specific growth strategies.
• In this role, you’ll negotiate annual terms, manage customer P and L performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and market share.
• You’ll analyze sales, forecasting, inventory, and sell through data, translating insights into actionable plans.
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to execute high impact promotional initiatives and ensure brand consistency across eCommerce platforms.
• You’ll provide regular reporting, mentor new team members, and contribute to long term commercial planning.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive account management experience, including managing Amazon or major marketplace platforms
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and omni channel retail models
• Proven experience negotiating terms and managing customer P and L
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, Power BI is an asset
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover growth opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
