Overview
Our client is implementing a Long-Term Asset Sustainability and Accrual Budgeting (LTAS-AB) framework — a major modernization initiative to improve governance, financial management, and investment planning in line with Treasury Board (TBS) policies.
We’re seeking a Technical Writer to develop and refine clear, high-quality documentation supporting this transformation, including governance processes, financial procedures, and IM/IT system guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Write, edit, and organize technical and policy documentation.
Translate complex financial and operational concepts into accessible language.
Support the development of standards, process maps, and guidance documents.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with TBS and internal requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally within the federal government.
Knowledge of TBS policies, investment management, or financial systems.
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Reliability Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
