Overview

Our client is implementing a Long-Term Asset Sustainability and Accrual Budgeting (LTAS-AB) framework — a major modernization initiative to improve governance, financial management, and investment planning in line with Treasury Board (TBS) policies.

We’re seeking a Technical Writer to develop and refine clear, high-quality documentation supporting this transformation, including governance processes, financial procedures, and IM/IT system guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and organize technical and policy documentation.

  • Translate complex financial and operational concepts into accessible language.

  • Support the development of standards, process maps, and guidance documents.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with TBS and internal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally within the federal government.

  • Knowledge of TBS policies, investment management, or financial systems.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.

  • Reliability Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
