Location: Anywhere in Canada.
FULLY REMOTE
Hours: Must be flexible for all shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM EST.
Contract: 4-week contract to start, with potential for extension based on work needs.
Start Date: October 28th - November 28th.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct customer service to clients, including providers and plan members.
- Assist customers with annual enrollment, whether they are new or renewing their plans, guiding them through coverage options (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
- Handle inbound calls for account registration and provide light technical support.
- Maintain a high level of service for inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Review and adjudicate submitted claims for multiple lines of business.
- Ensure accuracy in all client interactions and claim adjudication.
- Drive members to self-serve by walking them through the account platform, assisting them in making their own selections without making choices for them.
- Process and share emails for a specific team and manage call transfers as needed.
- Adhere to key performance indicators, such as client satisfaction and accuracy.
- Follow internal policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Seeking Unilingual and Bilingual candidates!
- Background in healthcare, pharmacy, benefits administration, or insurance is an asset.
- Experience in customer service or in call centers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and web browsers.
